Grievance Redressal

Customers are informed that The Sahyadri Sahakari Bank Ltd. has established a Customer Grievance Resolution System and Protocols to ensure swift resolution of all customer complaints, including those related to outsourced activities and services provided by vendors appointed by the Bank.

1. Complaint book is provided at each branch for the convenience of customers to register their complaints.

If there is any complaint, including those related to outsourced activities or services provided by vendors appointed by the Bank, customers are encouraged to initially inform the Branch Manager for prompt resolution. If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution, they can escalate the matter to the Second Level contact provided below.

If a complaint, which includes issues related to outsourced activities and services provided by vendors appointed by the Bank, is lodged with the Branch Head, it will be addressed and resolved within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receiving the complaint by the Branch Head.


If you do not receive a response to your complaint within 5 working days from the date it was received by the Branch Head, you may escalate it to the Divisional Manager (Second level).


If there is no response to your complaint after expiry of 5 working days from the date of the receipt of the complaint at the DM level, then it may be referred to AGM/DGM level (Third level).
